Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father is about the murder of the director's childhood best friend Andrew Bagby. The director, Kurt Kuene, then treks across America to collect every memory of Andrew from all of Andrew's family members.
This documentary has incredible emotional resonance. YourMovieSucks (Adum Johnston) himself said "I cannot watch this movie without crying." and I can't either. There are a few moments during the narration where Kurt himself sounds like he is tearing up.
I would recommend this movie to people who like real life murder cases and events that caused new bills to be passed.
